FITNESSGRAM TESTS:
Students will be assessed by the FITNESSGRAM physical fitness tests. The tests include: Push-ups, Curl-ups, Back Saver Sit and Reach, Trunk Lift, 20 meter Pacer, and the Mile Run. We will focus on fitness daily through various activities. Our goal is for each student to improve on each of the tests from assessment to assessment. Standards for each of these tests are provided below. Please speak with your child on the importance of trying your best for each assessment.
